What if I need to reschedule?

You can reschedule your sessions up to 48 hours prior. You can do this by logging into the portal and choosing another slot OR by clicking the link to reschedule in your confirmation email. Unfortunately, anything within 48 hours’ notice cannot be rescheduled due to loss of time for our practitioners and not being able to fill the cancelled slot.
