- Bipolar disorder
- Borderline personality disorder
- Eating disorders
- Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD)

- Phobias
- Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)

You don’t have to face your problems alone. Counselling can provide you with the support and empathy you need to cope with life’s challenges.
Counselling is a non-judgemental, professional relationship providing a safe space to talk about whatever you are managing. Whether it's a mood, events, relationships or stress counselling can be the beginning of positive change.

Yoga is a physical health practice that promotes mental health benefits due to its physical postures, breathing techniques, meditation and relaxation.
The physical postures, or asanas, are designed to promote strength, flexibility, balance, and relaxation, while the breathing techniques, or pranayama, aim to help practitioners control and calm the mind. Yoga also emphasises mindfulness and self-awareness, making it a popular tool for stress reduction and overall well-being.
When you book a session with our yoga instructors, you can expect a 1:1 session, tailored to you or the opportunity to talk to the instructors about your needs and/or programme.
Strength and conditioning is a field that helps to improve physical performance and overall health through targeted exercise programs. It involves a combination of strength training, cardiovascular exercise, flexibility training and mobility work. The goal is to enhance an individual's strength, power, speed, agility, endurance and overall athletic performance while reducing the risk of injury.
When you book a session you can choose with your instructor how to best use your session time. This could be creating a program, virtually working out, discussing rehabilitation and mobility or finding healthy alternatives to implement into your life.
