As an integrative therapist, I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, and I tailor therapy to you 🤩, your needs, personality and the pace you want to take therapy at. Whether you need to talk things through, offload, cry, find coping tools, or make sense of something that feels messy or heavy, I’m here to support you.
You are the expert on yourself, even though right now it may not feel like it. It’s easy when you know how, and I am here to help you navigate through your difficulties.
