I’m on a mission to use my and Kitty’s lived experience to help as many people as possible. Fundamentally, I strongly believe in using evidence-based therapies and practices that actually work. My aim is to support you through whatever you are facing right now, be that connected to the past, present or looking ahead.
I have proudly supported a wide range of clients from different cultures, ethnicities, backgrounds, genders, LGBTQI+ and neurodivergence. I will always create a safe space for you to be your true self.
A little more about me: Born and bred in South London, I spent my young adult life in North America. After dabbling in the music industry, I returned to the UK to focus on my passion for working with children, families, and education. Balancing two private businesses, raising three children, and being a full-time carer to family members with lifelong conditions has been a journey of love and dedication. Re-skilling as a therapeutic counsellor was the missing piece of the Counterpoise Puzzle. Now, I’m loving every moment as the Director of Therapeutics for this incredible venture!
