Hello there!

Firstly, thanks for taking the time to read my profile. I truly enjoy my counselling work as I have always had a fascination with the human condition and had various roles including teaching which have informed my passion to work in mental health.

I have supported some amazing individuals in varied areas of life, addiction centres, hospitals and universities.

I appreciate that starting therapy and choosing a therapist can feel a lot. I will always try to alleviate any fears and work with you as an individual taking into consideration how we structure our sessions together and ensuring you feel comfortable in your environment.

I work integratively which allows me to tailor the therapy to you.. I have experience working with trauma, abuse, addiction, neurodiversity, and many other areas.

Having professional and personal experience of burnout, I am fully aware of the impact that this has in all areas of life. This experience enriches my therapy work.

I can help you to understand why you may think, behave, and react in certain ways whilst offering a non-judgmental space to explore issues, aiming to alleviate distress, whilst implementing coping strategies and techniques.
