Hello! My name is Mia and I am a BACP registered Integrative Counsellor.

I really love being a therapist, and hope this shines through in my sessions. ☺️

I have a real interest and natural curiosity in family, parenting and community support. Loneliness can be hard; all of this can bring you to counselling. I understand that life can get full, boundaries and balance can feel hard to achieve, but in counselling together, we can find a way forward!✨

I understand that starting therapy can feel really daunting, so I am here to ensure you feel comfortable throughout the process. As an integrative therapist, I adapt how I work to best suit you and your personal needs as I know it’s not one size fits all when it comes to therapy. Everyone has their own unique stories, and I am happy to walk alongside you as you navigate your way through any difficulty that you are experiencing. 🌈🌧️🍃

My creative approach to my sessions includes methods like expressing emotions through art or practising mindfulness together, tailored to suit your needs.

A little bit more about me:

I was born in London but have found my home by the Sea.🌊 I love being in nature, so moving away from the hustle and bustle was right for me. Family is also very important to me, but so is achieving balance in our everyday lives, which can be a journey!

I will create a safe space for you to feel seen and heard no matter what.
