Hey! I’m Anna 🌱

Through both my professional and personal journey, I’ve come to deeply understand how life can sometimes feel overwhelming, unmotivating, or as though no one is truly listening.

I also know how daunting it can feel to take that first step and reach out for counselling, but I believe it can also be one of the most empowering and life-changing choices you can make.👏🏼

My method of working is to offer an integrative approach, which means I will draw from many theories and ways of working to meet your unique needs. I’ll also draw on a wealth of experience and skills, working collaboratively with you to help you find your own resilience and meet your therapy goals. My sessions are warm and collaborative. Together, we’ll create a space where you feel heard and never judged. I’ll gently support you in uncovering your inner strength, clarity, and confidence to navigate whatever is happening or lies ahead.

Over the years, I’ve supported people facing a wide variety of challenges, from grief and feelings of loss, to trauma (past and present), relationship issues, childhood experiences, mental health difficulties, and the general ups and downs that life often brings our way.

A little bit more about me: Outside of my work, I’m lucky to live in the beautiful Kent countryside🌳, where I recharge with long walks alongside my lovely (and very lively!) Labrador🦮, and spend time with family and friends.
