I have over 23 years’ experience of working with families, young people and people in crisis in support roles. I feel very passionately about providing everyone that she works alongside or in therapy with a safe, happy, nurturing environment.
I have always felt a desire to help and support people in a deeper, more holistic way so I completed a Reflexology course and a Hypnotherapy, level 3 diploma. I am a qualified clinical supervisor, providing supervision to Counsellors, teaching and leadership staff in schools. I also work within the health service, personality disorder pathway, as a clinical supervisor.
I provide a high standard of care and service to any client that I work with, ensuring client satisfaction and a feeling of empathy and understanding from the clients perspective, with clear focused strategies, and the ability to provide an insightful experience for all. I am able to work with clients in a friendly, helpful and approachable manner, I have a high personal integrity, and am able to relate to and create trust in all. I am empathetic and ensure that the utmost professionalism is used when working with very challenging situations.
I am an effective member of any team with high organisational skills and am happy to work under pressure.
